Jacobs places great emphasis in training, both in the office and on site. Our engineers and building surveyors are encouraged to keep up to date with advances in technology through structured professional development programmes. Our engineering graduates who join Jacobs will undergo a three year approved training programme. You will be allocated a supervising Engineer and, in most cases, an Engineeringt tutor is also appointed to give closer support. The Graduate Training Scheme is designed to provide relevant training and experience so that you may become qualified as a chartered engineer.
